Welcome to the Bentley University Mail Services website. Mail Services is located on the first floor of Collins Hall and operated by Innovative Service Technology Management, Inc. (I.S.T.).
Professional mail services are provided to all faculty, staff and students through quality customer service, sound business practice and the employment of current postal policies and technology.

Hours of Operation
September through May: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Closed Saturday and Sunday
June through August: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Closed Saturday and Sunday
Please Note: Mail Services follows the business hours of operation for the university and would be closed during posted holidays or instances of inclement weather.
