A message from the team at the MCC:
It is our pleasure to welcome you to Bentley University. Whether you are a prospective or current student, parent, alum, or colleague, the information contained within our site should be useful in providing you with a comprehensive overview of our programs and services. The Multicultural Center (MCC) serves as a catalyst to weave multicultural education into the experiences of our university community, ensuring our students possess the necessary skills to function in a global society. We acknowledge that all students exhibit universal needs that transcend racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. As a result, our programs and services are designed to facilitate the personal and professional development of students at Bentley University and to provide educational opportunities on diversity for the Bentley community as a whole. Thus, all students are invited and encouraged to make the choice to be challenged by the many diverse opportunities offered through fellowship, leadership, and multicultural education and interactions.
The MCC supports the academic success of students of color and works to build an inclusive campus community. Our programs focus on enriching students' experiences and encouraging cross-cultural dialogue on campus. The MCC serves and advocates for all ALANA (African American, Latino, Asian American, and Native American) students.
The MCC executes its mission in collaboration with other departments within the university. All students, faculty, staff, and alumni of the University are welcome to partner with the MCC in advancing its efforts to support students of color.
For further questions, or information, stop by the Multicultural Center on the 3rd Floor of the Student Center, Room 310.
