Much of the admistrative software documentation is located in the BTS_FAQs folder on the shared N Drive that requires authorized access. Banner also has online documentation available to its users.

Bentley is an environment rich in technology where much of the campus-wide administrative information systems is managed by the IT professionals in the Administrative Computing Department.
Administrative Computing focuses on producing creative solutions to complex problems along with maintaining, enhancing and upgrading the many administrative applications designed to service our many constituents: recruits, applicants, students, alumni, faculty, staff and facilities.

Bentley is responsible for troubles with broken jacks, local dialing, no dial tones, static and voicemail issues. To report trouble, please send an email to email@example.com. Moves, New HIres and Vacancies
If you are planning a move, adding a new hire or there will be a vacancy in your department, please submit a move form. Fill out the form detailing your request with cost center approval, at least ten working days prior to the desired date of service.
