Information Technology in Higher Education
These are a few of the available resources on the trends, issues and research in information technology in higher education.
Educause: an organization dedicated to technology in higher education.
The Campus Computing Project: a continuing study of the role of Information Technology in American Higher Education.
Much of the admistrative software documentation is located in the BTS_FAQs folder on the shared N Drive that requires authorized access. Banner also has online documentation available to its users.

Application and Database Services
Bentley is an environment rich in technology where much of the campus-wide administrative information systems is managed by the IT professionals in the Administrative Computing Department.
Administrative Computing focuses on producing creative solutions to complex problems along with maintaining, enhancing and upgrading the many administrative applications designed to service our many constituents: recruits, applicants, students, alumni, faculty, staff and facilities.
Each administrative department at Bentley has a Key User. These individuals possess a wealth of technical knowledge and should be your first point of contact for computing assistance.

Who to Contact and Office Hours
Bentley is responsible for troubles with broken jacks, local dialing, no dial tones, static and voicemail issues. To report trouble, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Lindsay Hall 18D. If you have any questions about the phone service at Bentley, please contact the Telecommunications Department at 781.891.2234.
