Presented by: Val Fox, Director of Digital Engagement
Discussions
Before the presentation, Val updated us on Digital Engagement's ongoing and upcoming projects
- UGA is being relaunched and will be mobile enabled
- Grad Admissions is being relaunched
- A consistent search experience will be implemented (so the search feature will look and feel the same site wide)
- Bentley Ideas is being developed and will service faculty research
- The Nimble thought leadership blog is also being developed and will showcase content from faculty mainly, but will also include articles from staff; there will be 20+ content contributors and dozens of articles each month
- Re-branding activities are ongoing
- downloads of the new logos will be available in September; if you need one before then, email Kathy Blake
- site content will include more active language, less in the third person, designed to speak specifically and directly to the intended audience, with the goal of fostering strong relationships between Bentley and our target audiences
- a persistent header and footer will be implemented across all sites, using new type font (Caecilia) and logos
