Students are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during periods when classes are in session and up to 40 hours per week during the summer and weeks when classes are not in session. Any student working over 20 hours per week while classes are in session must give the SEO written permission given by the Dean of Academic Affairs.
Paychecks are issued bi-weekly for hours worked in previous weeks. They are available for pick-up at the Cashier's window on Friday after 12:00 pm during the academic year and on Thursday after noon in the summer.
