How to see what is posted for exchange:
1. Login to MyBentley
2. The items posted are in the messages section on the front page
3. Email the person who posted
4. Arrange for pickup or transfer

Please do not post the following items on the Office Swap:
1. Electronic items you have received from Client Services: If you have items that you received from Client Services, please call them to check if the item should be returned to them at the end of its useful life.
2. Large items such as furniture. If you no longer need furniture in your office, please contact Purchasing, Administrative and Campus Services at x3456 for all furniture requests.
