Office Swap

The Office Swap process allows users to quickly make MyBentley targeted messages that will appear for all faculty and staff.

Please do not post the following items on the Office Swap:
1. Electronic items you have received from Client Services:  If you have items that you received from Client Services, please call them to check if the item should be returned to them at the end of its useful life.
2. Large items such as furniture.  If you no longer need furniture in your office please contact the purchasing department.

*** Please note, items traded in the online office swap should be used for Bentley business only.
