Located on a beautiful, tree-lined campus typical of many New England colleges, Bentley University offers students a superior business education combining classroom instruction and significant experiential education opportunities.

Bentley's experiential education programs include:

  • Corporate partnerships, where students work on projects for diverse companies, addressing real-world business challenges and presenting findings directly to top managers.
  • Education abroad, where students participate in one of more than 20 programs ranging from week-long intensive programs to a single semester or full academic year.
  • Internships at some of the leading companies in the U.S., where students can fine-tune skills, explore interests and make job connections. Internships offer the opportunity for experiential, hands-on work in the student's field of interest, which can be a strong competitive advantage during the hunt for a job.
  • Service-learning projects, where students participate in local projects or projects abroad to help meet the real needs of a community. For example, students working on an accounting degree may volunteer to provide income tax assistance to low-to moderate-income taxpayers in this round the communities.

Bentley's experiential opportunities in graduate education.

Bentley's experiential education programs aren't limited to undergraduate studies. Students in the Bentley MBA, a full-time MBA program for mid-career executives, participate in field-based projects at companies around the globe. Students in Bentley's Emerging Leaders MBA program participate in two experiential education projects: one that focuses on business process management, and a second that focuses on preparing a strategic plan for an executive client. This provides the foundation for students to earn other graduate degrees such as Masters in Business Analytics or a Masters in Management.
