Bentley is also singled out in the guidebook for its innovative “Hire Education” curriculum, a program of workshops, coaching and career explorations offered by Bentley’s Office of Career Services that leads students to an internship and ideally, a job.

Alison Abrams, a 2016 Bentley math graduate, took advantage of CDI 101, the first step of the “Hire Education” program that teaches students how to identify personal strengths and present themselves in a cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and elevator pitch.

“I loved CDI 101,” says Abrams in the 2017 Guidebook. “I didn’t know how beneficial it was until I delved into my internship.”

Abrams was offered a job after the summer of her junior year at Liberty Mutual Insurance Co.
