What is a Resident Assistant?
Resident Assistants (RAs) are upper-class students who live and work in the residence halls. They have a general presence on their specific floors, are available as a resource person for questions, plan events for their floors, mediate conflicts, enforce policy, and refer students to offices on campus for in-depth assistance.
