Liberal Studies Major

The Liberal Studies major (LSM) is an optional second major that can be paired with any business degree.

To complete the LSM, you won’t need to take any extra classes beyond those that meet your standard degree requirements, so you’ll be able to complete both majors within four years.

Liberal Studies Major Concentrations

The LSM is significantly different from traditional liberal arts majors focusing on a particular field of study. Rather, this major explores important themes that can be found in many arts and sciences disciplines. These themes are reflected in the seven specialized LSM concentrations:

Liberal Studies Major Project

The LSM also requires that you complete a final project, of your choice, demonstrating the connections between and insights about multiple disciplines that you have gained within your concentration.
