Major Requirements
As a Media and Culture major, you’ll be required to take:
- Principles of Media and Culture
- Principles of Globalization and the Media
- Principles of Media Production
- Three Media and Culture-related electives
- One Media elective
In addition, you also must choose one of the following production courses:
- Design- and Time-Based Media
- Digital Photography
- Introduction to Video Production
- Making Documentaries
- Sound Design for New Media
The major also requires that you develop Intermediate II competency in a modern language.
