Cynthia is a retired business executive with a strong background in finance and operations in technology companies. Cynthia took several technology companies public, including ArrowPoint Communications, Shiva Corporation and Bytex Corporation. Cynthia served as chief financial officer and vice president of operations in these companies, overseeing finance, business planning, manufacturing, legal, human resources and information systems. She also held various senior finance and administration management positions at Prime Computer and Arthur Young and Company. In addition to Bentley, Cynthia serves on several boards including The Concord Museum and the University of Rhode Island. Cynthia holds a Master of Finance from Bentley and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Rhode Island. Cynthia has served on the board of trustees since 2000.
