AlcoholEdu & Sexual Assault Prevention Courses

Bentley University requires incoming students to complete online prevention courses. These courses are thoughtful programs for young adults and adults committed to thinking about their life choices and will empower you to make well-informed decisions while at Bentley and beyond.

Course access information is emailed to students approximately 1 month prior to the start of the semester.

All students who fail to complete AlcoholEdu and/or Sexual Assault Prevention will be referred to the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs for conduct action. Additionally, residential Students will be unable to move into on-campus housing. 

2018-2019 Login Instructions

Students will need one Everfi Account for the courses.  Follow the instructions below to create your Everfi account. 

1. Copy and paste this link into a new browser window
2. Click "Register" 
3. Under "Student/Learner" TYPE IN (do not copy and paste) the registration code to the right and click "Next"f7113d32
4. When prompted, enter your assigned 9 digit Bentley ID including the "@" symbol and any zeros for example: @01234567Failure to enter your ID correctly results in the inability to properly account for your participation!











Technical Support

Transfer Credit for AlcoholEdu

All transfer students are required to complete the Sexual Assault Prevention Course. Transfer students who have already completed AlcoholEdu at another school however, may be eligible to be waived from the requirement. To see if you qualify for the AlcoholEdu exemption, please fill out this form prior to August 17th for the Fall semester. If your score cannot be verified, you will need to take the course again.

Please note that there are several online alcohol education courses to which many colleges subscribe. If you have completed another course at your prior institution, kindly email to inquire about transfer credit consideration. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and proof of participation and completion of a comparable course is required.

Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians can preview all of the content from AlcoholEdu for College. AlcoholEdu for Parents provides an overview of what your student is learning and parents have found it helpful in framing discussion around student alcohol use in college.

Although optional, we encourage you to view it to and help your student make informed decisions about alcohol as he or she transitions to college life.

Judicially Sanctioned Students

Some students may be required to complete AlcoholEdu for Sanctions as part of the conduct process. This course is different than the new student course. Students should refer to the instructions provided by their conduct officer.
