CWB Senior Director leads a workshop on allyship in the workplace

Building Knowledge and Inspiring Change

The Gloria Cordes Larson Center for Women and Business (CWB) has significant experience with the issues, best practices, programs and policies to improve gender balance and diversity overall. We develop and implement skills-based, inspiring workshops ranging from strategic sessions for senior leaders to hands-on workshops for emerging professionals. More than 100 companies have partnered with the CWB to work with us on diversity and inclusion related issues.

Beth Donelle
The workshops that we have been running with the Center for Women and Business have helped provide a common language across our organization and have generated key insights into inclusivity. This has laid the groundwork to really open up conversations and dialogue.

Our customization includes but is not limited to panel discussions, interactive components, webinar formats, and national or global multi-tiered roll-outs. We offer flexibility on timing: offerings range from 90 minute sessions to full-day conferences.
