The Graduate and PhD ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. under the Commencement tent on South Campus. The ceremony typically lasts 2 hours and should be completed around 5:00 p.m.
Recommended Arrival: The event begins promptly at 3:00 p.m. The Commencement tent opens at 2:00 p.m. Students are requested to congregate in the Dana Center Gym at 2:00 p.m. as the procession begins at 2:45 p.m. Guests are encouraged to be seated before 2:45 p.m.
Parking: There is limited parking on South Campus. Parking will be available on main campus. There will be posted signs illustrating how to get to the ceremony from the parking lots and a shuttle service will provide transportation to South Campus. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the parking lots on main campus to the Commencement tent.
Tickets: There are no tickets required.
Seating Arrangements: Seating is first-come, first-served, and there is plenty of seating available for families and guests.
