The Undergraduate ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2019 under the Commencement tent on South Campus. The academic procession will begin at 9:30 a.m.; and the ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude approximately at 12:30 p.m.
Recommended Arrival: The event begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. with the academic procession; and the ceremony begins at 10:00 a.m.
Graduates are requested to congregate in the Dana Center Gym at 8:30 a.m. as the procession begins at 9:30 a.m.
Guests are encouraged to be seated before 9:30 a.m. before the academic procession begins. The Commencement tent opens as early as 7:00 a.m. and guests should arrive to campus no later than 9:15 a.m.
Parking: There is limited parking on South Campus. Parking will be available on Main Campus. There will be posted signs illustrating how to get to the ceremony from the parking lots and a shuttle service will provide transportation to South Campus. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the parking lots on Main Campus to the Commencement tent.
Tickets: There are no tickets required.
Seating Arrangements: Seating is first-come, first-served.
