Johnson & Johnson Chairman/CEO Ralph S. Larsen to Speak at Bentley College

WALTHAM, Mass.- Ralph S. Larsen, chairman and chief executive officer of Johnson & Johnson, will deliver a lecture on business ethics at Bentley College on Thursday February 7, 2002 at 12:45pm. His speech is part of the Sears Lectureship in Business Ethics presented by the Center for Business Ethics at Bentley College, through the generous support of Sears, Roebuck and Co. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Larsen was elected to the Board of Directors of Johnson & Johnson, the diversified international health care company, in 1987 and assumed his current responsibilities in 1989. He previously served as a vice chairman of the executive committee and chairman of the Consumer Sector. Among his outside activities, Larsen serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Xerox Corporation and AT&T Wireless. Larsen is former chairman and a member of the executive committee of The Business Council. He also serves on the policy committee of The Business Roundtable and is chairman of the Corporate Fund for The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts.

Founded in 1976, Bentley's Center for Business Ethics is dedicated to promoting ethical business conduct in contemporary society.
