Corporate Relations

Collaboration with corporations in research, education, and career development is critical to achieving Bentley's strategic objectives, and the Office of Corporate Relations is the central point of management for corporate collaboration across the university. Bentley has a core group of more than 100 corporate partners with which it engages in its most productive and mutually beneficial relationships.

While the basis of many of these relationships is the recruitment and placement of undergraduate and graduate students for their careers, the relationships are varied and contribute broadly to Bentley's strategic objectives, including faculty research, pedagogical development and other educational programs.   A selection of key corporate partners across several industries includes:

Accounting and Consulting: EY, PwC, Deloitte & Deloitte Consulting, KPMG, RSM, Grant Thornton

Financial Services and Banking: State Street, Santander Bank, Fidelity Investments, JP Morgan Chase, Brown Brothers Harriman

Insurance: Liberty Mutual, The Travelers Companies, MetLife, SunLife Financial

Pharmaceuticals and Biotech: Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Millenium Pharmaceuticals, Variagenics, athenahealth

Technology and Manufacturing: United Technologies, Raytheon, ThermoFisher, IBM, EMC

Working with a corporate partner offers many benefits that include access to quantitative data, opportunities to collaborate with executives for qualitative research, site visits, projects for student teams and the potential for financial support.

Our corporate relations team will work with you to:

  • Find a corporation that aligns with your needs and the university’s priorities
  • Connect you with highly placed alumni who may be able to facilitate a partnership
  • Make the match
  • Manage the relationship, including stewardship and reporting
