The one-week Executive MBA Global Experience focuses on Creativity and Innovation. The seminar examines the nature of creativity and the creative process and how theories of creativity can enhance personal and organizational creativity. It covers several techniques that are known to recognize and remove barriers to creative thinking as well as the application of these techniques to develop creative approaches to business cases. While the focus of the seminar is on individual creativity, understanding what leads to individual creativity can help managers create an environment in which group, team and organizational creativity can flourish. The participants will spend a total of 20 hours in the classroom.
To reinforce and enrich the participants’ classroom experience, four business visits will be organized where the participants will meet and interact with the top management of innovative companies and innovation centers based in Boston and Cambridge.
Boston and Cambridge are the ideal locations to explore Creativity and Innovation as they are home to some of the most innovative companies in the world. Massachusetts was ranked as the most innovative state in the country by the most recent Bloomberg survey. Several cultural and social events will also be included in the program.
The dates and the logistics of the program as well as tuition and fees will be determined by mutual agreement between Bentley and our global partners interested in offering this program to their Executive MBA students.
