Student Financial Services maintains the student account.
Electronic bills are generated to keep students aware of outstanding balances and activity of the account.
Late payment fees may be added to balances that have been outstanding for more than 30 days.

Student Financial Services generates billing statements electronically. Once a bill is generated, an e-mail will be sent to the student at their Bentley issued e-mail address, and any established parent account (see below).
Semester bills are sent approximately 30 days prior to the due date. Subsequent bills are sent each month until the balance is paid in full. However, if new activity is posted to the account, an updated bill be generated within a week.
Semesters are billed using this estimated schedule:
- Fall Semester - Early July
- Winter/Spring - Early December
- Summer - Late April or Early July (based on class start date)
Parent Accounts: If a parent or other party is responsible for managing the student account and tuition bill, the student must set this person up with a parent portal account. Visit the FAQ's & How To's section of our website for instructions.
Tuition and Fees
If you would like to view your account online, you may do so by logging into MyBentley. A bottom line summary of your account can be found by selecting the Finances tab. However, if you would prefer to view your detailed account by semester, select the "View Account Summary by Term" link under the Finances tab.
