Bentley University and Bloomberg Radio launched a new show segment on Wednesday, September 24 focused on millennials in the workplace. This show was co-hosted by President Gloria Larson and Carol Massar, host of Bloomberg Radio’s “Taking Stock” program.

Stemming from Bentley’s PreparedU Project, the new segment explored topics ranging from what millennials really think about their predicament to what companies can do to attract them, and included discussions on how colleges and universities can better prepare students for the future workplace.  Compelling insights came from guests Zara Kessler, a millennial and editor and researcher for Bloomberg View, and David Lucey, senior director of talent acquisition at Epsilon. This recurring series will cover topics including what is really on the mind of millennials and solutions to fix the preparedness gap featuring higher education leaders and company CEOs.
