Living at Bentley
Most of our students choose to live right here on campus. As a first-year, you’ll stay in a traditional, dormitory-style residence hall; later, your options include multiperson suites and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with bathrooms and kitchenettes. In addition, you can choose from among specialty housing options promoting wellness, global living and women’s leadership. Housing is available for all four years. Learn more about living at Bentley.
Sports are a big part of life at Bentley. On the varsity level, you’ll find more than 20 men’s and women’s teams competing in NCAA Divisions I and II. And if a little friendly competition is what gets your adrenaline pumping, try out one of our intramural or club sports: We have everything from dodgeball to street hockey to Ultimate Frisbee. To learn more about our athletics programs, go to our Bentley Athletics site.
Our new, state-of-the-art Bentley Arena opened its doors in 2018. More than just a sports venue, it promises to enhance student life and provide a gathering place for the entire Bentley community. Home to the university’s Division I hockey team, the arena will play host to concerts, student events, activities and career fairs and much more. The arena boasts an in-house media control room that acts as a learning lab and is run by Bentley students adding to their classroom experience.
The arts at a business school? Yeah, we do that, too. We have opportunities for creators of all kinds: You can brush up on your guitar skills alongside a visiting musician, get your voice heard on the Bentley radio, let your theatrical side shine in the starring role of a student play, or check out up-and-coming artists in our on-campus gallery. Cultural and Spiritual Life
With our students coming from across the United States and nearly 100 countries, every day life on campus is teeming with opportunities to discover new people, places, cultures, languages, faiths and perspectives. With student groups and campus departments partnering each year on events, such as Culture Fest, the Bentley community is always coming together to celebrate, learn and expand its horizons.
Moving to a new country is a big adjustment. The Center for International Students and Scholars (CISS) helps ease your transition, providing special programs and workshops, as well as assistance on everything from visas to cultural issues to immigration.
Our Center for Women in Business (CWB) advances the role of women in business, providing opportunities for their professional growth and pioneering groundbreaking research.
At Bentley, you’ll find plenty of resources supporting our active LGBTQ community, including an ally program, the PRIDE student organization, annual rainbow luncheon and many other activities and workshops.
Dedicated to the success of our African-American, Latino, Asian-American, Native American and multicultural students, the Multicultural Center provides services and programs that enrich the Bentley experience for all.
Devoted to exploring issues of faith and humanity, the Spiritual Life Center has advisers from the Buddhist, Catholic, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Protestant faiths, as well as resources for those who are atheist or agnostic.
