During the weekend of March 7 to 9, 2014, Bentley University human factors in information design graduate students Deborah Spector, Heather Bauer and Neha Raghuvanshi, along with Autodesk Senior User Experience Designer Jessamyn Miller, held the Boston Service Jam. The team from Bentley joined a tradition of Global Service Jam events held in 49 countries around the world, where teams conceive of and prototype new services based on a common theme in 48 hours.
