I'm sure most of you must have the read the Calvin and Hobbes (CnH) collection. I'm a big fan of the comic strip series. Some think the kid in me never goes to sleep, some think i'm thinking less and imagining more, and some.... some simply ignore my addiction! ... Calvin is one of those kids who imagines of saving the world along with his faithful tiger (who by the way is a fiction in a fiction.. as in he is a figure of Calvin's imagination)... The other day we were asked to write a fictitious story as part of an assignment for the innovation class and I realized my addiction to CnH helped me weave a pretty decent story. During the feedback session Prof. Andy was explaining the variety of ways we can relate our hobbies and lives to business, a truly innovative experience. Who knew I would be reading comics in class, finish assignments with them, get rewarded and find satisfaction at the end!
