Will is an experienced business executive, change agent, entrepreneur, consultant, educator, and attorney. In addition to his position at Clark University, he also teaches Sustainability Management courses for Johns Hopkins University Environmental Studies Department and Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
He has 40 years experience in starting businesses, creating new organizations, managing P&L responsibility, and consulting for global operations resulting in consistently high financial performance. In 2007, he began to concentrate on enabling current and future leaders to become environmental stewards. Since then, he has mentored hundreds of graduate students in the development of over 80 Sustainability Action Plans for corporations, non-profits and municipalities to help the organizations to “go green.” He is currently the Director of the Worcester Sustainable Business Leader Program, and Member of the Board of Directors, Sustainable Business Network of Greater Boston.
Starting summer 2012, Will will teach management courses at Vietnam National University in Hanoi as part of Benedictine University Asia Institute’s Executive Education program. He will also be conducting Green Business Workshops to help Vietnamese businesses reduce their operating costs, improve their business practices and reduce their environmental footprint.
