News and Announcements
- The Design and Usability Center recently joined the UX Alliance as their first academic partner.
- Rich Buttiglieri will be a panelist on a panel entitled “The New User Interface: Who Needs Buttons and Dials?” at the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January.
- Bill Albert and Lena Dmetrieva gave a presentation on Large-Scale UX research at the Usability Marathon (see the video of the presentation).
- Bill Albert and Bill Gribbons presented a paper at the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Annual Meeting (October 2009) on how trust assessments of health and financial web sites can be formed pre-consciously.
- Rich Buttiglieri was a judge for HFES User-Centered Design Award.
- Bill Albert has been named been named to the editorial board of the Journal of Usability Studies.
Spotlight on E-Health
For nearly a decade, the Design and Usability Center has worked with clients
