Part of the Counseling Center, we provide equal educational opportunities for all full- and part-time students with diagnosed disabilities and impairments through an accessible, equitable and inclusive learning environment. Our accommodations and services are designed to promote individual growth and self-advocacy for students with all types of disabilities, including:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder
  • Psychiatric/psychological disabilities
  • Deafness and hearing impairments
  • Blindness and low-vision impairments
  • Mobility/orthopedic disabilities
  • Systemic disorders and medical conditions
  • Temporary disabilities

In compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, it’s our policy that no qualified student be excluded from, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination within any university program or activity. Bentley’s Americans with Disabilities Act compliance officer is July Malone.
