Counseling Center

As a college student, you will be confronted with many important issues and life decisions. In the Counseling Center, we help you better understand yourself so you can live fully, enjoy satisfying relationships, and achieve your academic and personal goals.

We welcome students from all backgrounds and experiences. Students come to see us for a variety of concerns, including:

  • Stress
  • Relationships
  • Depression
  • Suicidal thoughts or feelings
  • Anxiety
  • Concerns about substance use
  • Loneliness
  • Family concerns
  • Sexuality

We can help you address these and other issues through individual and group counseling, consultations, and prevention and wellness programs. Our staff of psychologists and clinicians will work with you to achieve emotional wellness, academic success and personal growth. In addition, we offer consultation to all community members regarding student mental health concerns.

The Office of Disability Services, which provides academic support and accommodations for students with all types of disabilities, is co-located within our building.
