Recruiting Information for Students

BentleyLink is Bentley University’s online system, maintained by the recruiting department staff, with current postings of internships and full-time job opportunities. It is a valuable online tool to help manage your career development process. The postings in BentleyLink are submitted by employers who are specifically seeking candidates from Bentley University. All current undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in degree programs have an account. Your username is your full email address; your password was emailed to you when you started classes at Bentley. In addition to searching for employment opportunities, BentleyLink allows you to:

  • research employers
  • upload and store your application documents
  • apply for positions
  • sign up for on-campus interviews
  • view and RSVP for upcoming employer information sessions
  • learn about, and RSVP to, events offered by Career Services

To view and RSVP to Career Services events, your “Graduation Date” and “Year in School” must be accurate. Find and update the information within the Academic tab of your profile every year. Be sure to fill out your Profile once you have accessed your account and keep it updated.

Also, within the Calendar tab you will see your on-campus recruiting interviews, make counseling appointments (Undergraduates only), as well as view other events on the calendar.
