Work Order System
Facilities Management is now operating on Infor EAM v.11, the latest version of Infor's Enterprise Asset Management solution that allows us to track and manage all work requests, labor, planning, and scheduling. Facilities Management continues to utilize the latest technology and apply industry standards to better serve the Bentley community.
The most effective way to submit a service request is through Infor EAM’s online portal. To submit a new work order, or to view and track your request, log into Bentley's Work Order Request Portal using your eight-digit Bentley ID (without the @ symbol). For more information on Work Order Request procedures, see our section on Work Orders.

Fire Safety Notice
It has come to our attention that some five-head floor lamps may be hazardous. In some cases the lamps call for 25 or 60-watt bulbs; however, the socket is able to accommodate higher watt bulbs. When higher watt bulbs are used, the plastic shades melt, releasing fumes; and, there is a significant potential to start a fire. These lamps are commonly found at Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Linens and Things, Target, and other chain stores. They are quite common in campus environments. If you have one of these lamps, please check the bulbs and lamp markings to ensure that you have the correct bulbs.
If you have any questions or are unable to determine whether you have the correct bulbs - please do not hesitate to contact Life Safety Services. Also, if you have experienced any problems with this style of lamp, please let us know so that we may forward the manufacturer and model number to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
It is our goal to continuously improve the level of service we provide to faculty, staff and students. In order to meet this goal, we have developed a customer satisfaction survey. A link to this survey is emailed to you after the work is complete. You can also complete the survey using the link below. Please note your service request number as you will be asked to enter it in the survey.
If you have any additional questions or concerns pertaining to your work order, please contact Facilities Management at extension 2208.
