Serving as Bentley University’s Associate Vice President of Facilities Management, Mr. Kane provides strategic leadership for the entire Facilities Management division. Under his direction, all facets of campus operations are managed—including daily maintenance and repairs, major capital construction projects, and critical life‑safety systems. His oversight ensures that Bentley’s facilities remain reliable, compliant, and aligned with the university’s long‑term planning and operational goals.

Mr. Gaffey leads Facilities Services, encompassing Trades, Building Services, and Grounds. Under his direction, these teams ensure the campus remains well‑maintained, operationally reliable, and consistently clean, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for the entire campus community.

Mr. Nattinville leads the Planning and Construction team, which is responsible for managing all campus renovation and building initiatives. The team provides comprehensive oversight of general contractors, establishes and monitors project budgets, and supports the design process to ensure that each project aligns with institutional goals and operational needs.

Mr. Fisher oversees Bentley University’s Trades departments, providing leadership across six core skilled‑labor functions: carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and locksmith.

Ms. Burbank oversees Facilities Administration, Finance & Systems, and Work Order Control & Material Management. Her portfolio includes all Facilities reporting, INFOR system maintenance, budgeting and forecasting oversight, fund tracking, and serving as the central hub for work order control. She ensures operational accuracy, financial stewardship, and system reliability across the department.
