Glisery Colón, Director of Graduate Admission for Bentley University has been a part of our community since 2016. She has over 20 years of professional experience in higher education. Originally, from Boston MA, she spent several years in southern CA working at a number of institutions. Glisery held positions serving as a Director, recruiting students for Architecture, Design, Business, and Leadership programs. As an adjunct instructor, she has taught Personal & Professional Development courses. Glisery holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fisher College in Boston, MBA from Woodbury University in Burbank, CA and Bentley University’s Advanced Graduate Studies with a focus in Marketing Analytics.
Gordon Berridge joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley University in October 2013. He has close to 20 years of higher education admission experience. His previous positions included roles such as Director of Admission and Director of Recruitment at several higher educational institutions around the New England region. Gordon is an alumni of Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business, earning his M.B.A. with a concentration in leadership. He also holds a B.S. in Communication from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire.
Meili joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley in March 2019. Prior to joining Bentley's Grad Admission team, she worked in international students admission operations for five years. She is originally from China and came to the US in 2009 as an international student, and received both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Northeastern University in Boston of Massachusetts. She is currently working on her Part-Time MBA with Business Analytics concentration at Bentley. She speaks English, Chinese, and Korean.
Michelle joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley in October 2021. She is originally from Beijing, China. She received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park and a Master’s degree from Duke University. Prior to joining Bentley, she had worked in undergraduate admissions for five years, deeply involved in student recruitment and the development of partnership programs.
Eric joined the Bentley graduate admission team in October 2021. He has worked in higher education for the past five years working at the University of Maryland in a number of roles. He served as an Admission Counselor, Assistant Director of Tuition Planning and Adjunct Instructor. Before his career in higher education, his career was in hospitality management. Eric currently holds a B.B.A in Management Information Systems and certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of the District of Columbia, and both an M.S. in Information Systems and Services and a graduate certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is currently working towards his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at the University of New England.
Originally from Omsk, Russia, Ksenia (Nia) moved to the U.S. eight years ago. As a former international student herself, she is now eager to help Bentley students achieve their academic goals. Before joining Bentley, she held a position as a Designated School Officer supporting prospective international students. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Artistic Sporting Events from Siberian State University of Physical Education & Sports.
Kyle joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley University in April 2022. Prior to joining Bentley, he had worked for a tech-based startup assisting in marketing outreach, as well as internal policy and culture development centered around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Kyle is an alumni of Bentley University’s undergraduate program, earning his B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a Liberal Studies Major in Global Perspectives.
A recent graduate of the BA in Psychology and Dance Education at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Danielle was active on campus serving as Chairman for Recruitment, Events and Community Service teams for various clubs and organizations. Danielle spent some time abroad studying Economics and Forensic Psychology at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Before joining Bentley, she worked as a Senior Intern of Admissions at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
Shawn joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley University in April 2022. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College with a concentration in Marketing. While at Stonehill, Shawn was involved in multiple groups and organizations on campus including the event planning committee, as well as being an orientation leader in the Summer. Before joining Bentley, he had worked as an insurance agent.
Rachel joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley in April 2022. Prior to joining the Admission team, Rachel was involved in secondary education as a classroom teacher, Senior Project Coordinator, and academic advisor. While teaching in Rhode Island, Rachel also had the pleasure to serve as a faculty member of the school's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board. Rachel earned her Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Connecticut in 2015 and went on to earn her Master's degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from Brown University in 2018.
