Iris Berdrow
Program Director and Professor of Management | iberdrow@bentley.edu
Iris Berdrow is a tenured professor of management and the program director for the Advanced Standing in Business and MBA programs at Bentley University. Iris holds an MBA and PhD with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and International Management from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada. She is published in MIT Sloan Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Long Range Planning, and the Journal of World Business. Her current research interest is in cross-cultural effectiveness, assessing learning outcomes, and competency-based education.

Len Pepe
Program Director and Lecturer, Accountancy | lpepe@bentley.edu
Len Pepe is an accounting lecturer and the program director of the MS in Accounting at Bentley University. Len was a partner in the audit department of Grant Thornton, LLP Boston and has experience as a managing partner of the CCR LLP, Boston Office and as a partner at BDO Seidman, Boston. His research interest is in professional practice and has been honored with Bentley’s Adamian Award for Teaching Excellence — Part Time in 2017.

Luke Cherveny
Program Director and Senior Lecturer, Mathematical Sciences | lcherveny@bentley.edu
Luke Cherveny is a senior lecturer and the program director of the MS in Business Analytics at Bentley University. Luke received his Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) for work done in algebraic geometry and mirror symmetry. His more recent research interests lie in complex differential geometry, especially canonical metrics on Kähler manifolds, as well as information geometry. His teaching interests span pure mathematics, statistics, and data science. When not working, Luke enjoys traveling, running, and reading.

Florin Morosan
Program Director and Lecturer, Finance | fmorosan@bentley.edu
Florin is a lecturer and the program director of the MS in Finance at Bentley University. He received an MBA and a PhD in Engineering, both from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Florin was an equity analyst at Blackstone Asia Advisors responsible for equity research on Technology, Telecom and Alternative Energy sectors in Asia. Before joining Blackstone, he developed quantitative trading strategies for Castor Pollux Securities, a start-up hedge fund in Boston. Florin Morosan also held equity research positions at Sanford Bernstein, Citigroup and Robertson Stephens and worked for McKinsey & Co. as a management consultant. His teaching interests are derivatives, investments and international finance.

Janelle Estes
Program Director and Lecturer, Experience Design | jestes@bentley.edu
Janelle has over 20 years of experience transforming organizations to adopt and align strategy and operations around a holistic, customer-centric approach. Janelle was most recently the Chief Insights Officer at UserTesting, where she advised some of the most innovative companies in the world on leveraging customer insights and understanding to make key decisions that impact the bottom line. Over her nearly 9 years as an executive at UserTesting, she helped lead the company from $10m in revenue to a successful IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.

GCD Career Pre-Work
Congratulations on your acceptance and welcome to the beginning of your career journey! Once deposited, each graduate student must complete their GCD Career Pre-Work (GCD stands for Graduate Career Development). This pre-work positions you for career success as you develop greater self-awareness, and fine-tune your professional presentation to employers. You can find more details on this GCD Career Pre-Work on the GCD website. Once you deposit and receive your Bentley email credentials, you will be required to complete the pre-work before orientation.

Shuttle Service
Please check the Bentley University Shuttle Website for shuttle routes and schedules. If you will be driving to campus for classes, you will need to obtain a parking sticker for your vehicle. Depending on location, some graduate students also use other transportation options to get to campus such as taxis, public transportation, and car-share programs.
Finding A Place To Live
Bentley University has partnered with Off-Campus Partners to help graduate students find housing in Waltham and Greater Boston. On-campus housing is not available for graduate students. Access the Off-Campus Housing site with your Bentley email, and refer to the shuttle link above when exploring options.

Once you submit the non-refundable admission deposit through the application portal, you will receive information about how to set up an account in Workday which allows you to access course planning, registration and academic advising appointments – as well as your Bentley email. Yes! Once you have confirmed enrollment to Bentley University by submitting the admission deposit, details about the orientation schedule will be communicated. For more information about this program visit our Orientation page.
Once you’ve confirmed your attendance by submitting the admission deposit, you will receive instructions about how to set up your Bentley email account.

Admitted international students must submit the non-refundable admission deposit and financial documents before an I-20 can be issued.
International applicants who are admitted and elect to enroll will be required to submit financial documentation for an I-20 to be issued.
