Hands On Experience
Bentley’s continued investment in our on-campus Innovation Centers gives graduate students hands-on experience in state-of-the art working environments, including our Trading Room and User Experience Center.
Widely viewed as one of the world's leading centers for financial services training and learning, the Trading Room is home to an unrivaled collection of data feeds and analytical tools, supported by an investment of $3.5 million in annual licensing fees. Students work firsthand with actual industry tools and technology to master financial principles and practices in trading, risk management and more.
The User Experience Center plays a dynamic, dual role for our students’ career development. It's where you’ll gain exposure to the methods needed to release new products into the marketplace, from research and design to testing and competitive analysis. It's also where corporate partners work directly with our staff and students on actual consulting projects.
The Howard A. Winer Learning Lab for Economics, Accounting, and Finance (LEAF) is designed to allow students hands-on experience by integrating technology into their areas of study and work together on group projects and case studies. Students utilizing the LEAF will find peer tutors knowledgeable in accounting, economics, and finance, ready to help and prepare students to thrive in the Bentley business curriculum.
The Center for Language and International Collaboration (CLIC) encourages the study of other countries and cultures with Rosetta Stone software in 25-plus languages, live videoconferencing to sites worldwide, a theater for watching satellite broadcasts, and more.
