The Graduate Career Development team helps you make informed decisions about your future. Through programs, assessments and workshops, you get to practice interview skills and polish your professional presence. And we connect you to jobs, internships and interview opportunities, both online and on-campus.
In a survey of alumni (National Alumni Career Mobility Survey of graduates from the Classes of 2010 and 2015) of U.S. Universities, Falcon satisfaction came out on top, ranking #1 in three out of five categories; students prepared for careers, academic satisfaction, and economic mobility, when compared to colleges and universities nationally.

Bentley graduate students work one-on-one with our career coaches, who have corporate and coaching experience. Our career coaches are knowledgeable and connected to industry trends, so they understand what employers want.
CDI-501: Career Development Intensive
CDI-501 is a 6-week career development course to help you build a personal brand and develop a growth mindset.
The course is led by Bentley’s seasoned career coaches, leveraging their corporate and coaching experience. They’ll guide you through:
- Strengths-based assessment and reflection
- Resume and cover letter development
- LinkedIn best practices and elevator pitch development
- Strategies for networking and informational interviews
- Job search tools and resources
- Interviewing best practices
CDI-502: Career Design Intensive
CDI-502 is a free 4-week, non-credit bearing course, Bentley Graduate Students will combine their Gallup Strengths Assessment and Career Design Methodology to prepare for their future. By the end of the course, Graduate students will have developed two or more 3-5 year plans to design their future to meet their career goals through a step-by-step process. Pre-requisite is CDI-501.
Registration available on WorkDay for graduate students enrolled in a part-time or full-time MBA or MS Bentley Program.
