First-Year Residence Halls
The Trees Complex

TreesThe Trees Complex is a network of seven co-ed residence halls: Alder, Birch, Cedar, Elm, Maple, Oak, and Spruce Halls, which primarily house first-year students. The Women's Leadership Community is also located in the Trees Complex.

The Trees Complex has the following shared features and amenities:

  • Common Lounge: Cedar, Maple, Oak

  • Vending Machines: All Trees halls

  • Laundry Facilities: Elm

  • Common Kitchen: Maple

  • The BlueLine: Spruce

There are limited single- and triple-occupancy units within the complex. Most units are double-occupancy.

All first-year students living in the Trees Complex must purchase either a Super Value or Value 15 meal plan.

Miller Hall

MillerMiller Hall is a traditional residence hall that primarily houses first-year students, as well as the Social Justice and Arts defined living communities. Rooms in Miller Hall accommodate 1-4 students.

Miller Hall has the following shared features and amenities:

  • Common Lounge with kitchen

  • Laundry Facilities

  • Wheelchair-accessible rooms

All first-year students living in Miller Hall must purchase either a Super Value or Value 15 meal plan.

Slade Hall

SladeSlade Hall is a traditional residence hall that primarily houses first-year students and upperclassmen, as well as the Thrive, BluePrint and Honors defined living communities. Rooms in Slade Hall accommodate 1-4 students.

Slade Hall has the following shared features and amenities:

  • Common Lounge with kitchen

  • Laundry facilities

  • Vending machines

  • Fitness Studio

  • Racquetball Court

All first-year students living in Slade Hall must purchase either a Super Value or Value 15 meal plan. Upperclass residents of Slade Hall may choose between the SUper Value, Value 15 and Value 12 meal plans.

Suites for Returning Students
Copley Suites

CopleyCopley Suites are located in two buildings on Lower Campus: Copley North and South. Both buildings are near the Dana Athletic Center and the campus athletic fields.

Both buildings offer suite-style accommodations for two, three, four, or six students and feature:

  • Study lounges

  • Laundry facilities

  • Vending machines

  • Elevators

In addition, Copley North has a function room with a full kitchen, tables and a flat-screen TV that may be reserved.

All residents of the Copley Suites, regardless of class year, must purchase one of the following meal plans:

  • Super Value

  • Value 17

  • Value 15

  • Value 10

Fenway Hall

FenwayFenway Hall is near the Dana Athletic Center and the campus athletic fields. It has suite-style rooms for four or six students. The Emerging Leaders Upperclassmen Specialty Housing is located here.

Fenway Hall amenities include laundry facilities, vending machines and elevators. It’s also home to the SkyBox, which features tables and AV for presentations.

All residents of Fenway Hall, regardless of class year, must purchase one of the following meal plans:

  • Super Value

  • Value 12

  • Value 15

Forest Suites

ForestForest Hall is located by the Student Center, just a short walk from the upper academic buildings. Forest Hall has units that accommodate six, seven or eight people.  

Forest Hall has laundry facilities, a common lounge, function room, vending machines and an outdoor activity space with grills, tables and a sand volleyball court.

All residents of Forest Hall, regardless of class year, must purchase one of the following meal plans:

  • Super Value

  • Value 17

  • Value 15

  • Value 10

Kresge Suites

KresgeKresge Suites is located by the Student Center, just a short walk from the upper academic buildings. Kresge Hall has suite-style units for four, five or six students.

Kresge Suites has a common lounge, laundry facilities, vending machines and an outdoor activity space with grills, tables and a sand volleyball court. It is also home to the Service Learning Community.

All residents of Kresge Suites, regardless of class year, must purchase one of the following meal plans:

On-Campus Apartments for Returning Students
Boylston A&B Apartments

BoylstonBoylston A & B are located on the main campus, near the Student Center and across from the main green space. They are connected by a common laundry room and a lounge on the ground floor.

Boylston A & B both have two-bedroom, four-person apartments. The fifth floor of each building has triple- and quadruple-occupancy rooms with shared bathrooms. The fifth floor is considered suite-style living, as these units do not contain kitchens, so students who reside there must purchase a meal plan.

Students living on the fifth floor of Boylston A or Boylston B must purchase one of the following meal plans:

  • Super Value

  • Value 17

  • Value 15

  • Value 10

Residents of the first four floors may choose to purchase a meal plan, as well as the Voluntary Block 60 plan. However, a meal plan is not required because each apartment is equipped with a kitchen.

Collins Hall

CollinsCollins Hall is on the main campus, next to the main outdoor green space across from the Student Center. It has limited single-occupancy studio apartments, and two- and four-person units.

Collins Hall has:

  • Laundry facilities

  • Bank of America ATM

  • Elevators

  • Resident student mailboxes

  • Post office

  • Mini-mart

  • Bentley Bookstore (Barnes & Noble)

  • Dry cleaning services

The Falcone Apartments

FalconeThe Falcone Apartments are located on main campus, close to the academic buildings. The Falcones are made up of three buildings: East, North and West.

Nearly all units are five-person apartments with either two or three bedrooms. Laundry facilities for all the Falcone buildings are located in Falcone North; the building also has a function room.

North Campus Apartments

North CampusThere are four North Campus Apartment buildings: A, B, C and D. They are located on Forest Street, about a 10-minute walk from the main campus.

The buildings have two- and three-bedroom apartments that accommodate 2-4 students. North Campus apartments are not available to freshmen.

Rhodes Hall

Rhodes HallRhodes Hall is located on the main campus, near the Student Center. It has two- and four-person arrangements. Rhodes Hall has laundry facilities; the Center for Health and Wellness is located on the ground floor.

Cape House

Cape HouseCape House is near the Dana Center on lower campus. It has one two-person apartment, one five-person apartment and one four-person apartment. There is one apartment on each floor and shared laundry facilities.

Castle Hall

Castle HallLocated near the Dana Center on lower campus, Castle Hall has single-room housing for seven students and a common lounge and kitchen.

Stratton House

Stratton HouseLocated near the university’s Beaver Street entrance, Stratton House is a stand-alone home with seven single rooms and two doubles. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge and a washer/dryer unit.
