Career Resources for Graduate Students

We offer two assessments: CareerLeader, a comprehensive approach to a business career self-assessment, and CliftonStrengths, to discover what you naturally do best and turn your talents into strengths to maximize your career potential.

CareerLeader

To login after you are authorized by GACD:

• Go to CareerLeader and select Register/Sign In (top right).
• Under Users, click First Time?
• Register with your Bentley email and key: bentley-drum
• Create a password and log in. Passwords may only include uppercase, lowercase, or numbers.
• Complete your profile to access the dashboard and begin the three assessments.
• After finishing all sections, access results via the dashboard tiles.

Gallup CliftonStrengths

Speak with a GACD Career Coach for a CliftonStrengths link or access code.

Purpose

The Pulsifer Career Development Center wants all students to be successful regardless of their financial circumstances. The closet provides students access to FREE professional attire appropriate for career fairs, interviews, networking events, classroom presentations, and the workplace. In alignment with our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment, the Career Closet is organized by size rather than gender and strives to offer clothing in a range of sizes inclusive to every body size and shape.

Shopping the Career Closet

Students can use the Career Closet located within the Undergraduate Career Development Center in LaCava 225. Hours of operation are from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Students can visit the closet without an appointment during the hours of operation, however if a student would like to set up a different time to come in, they should email Kristine Vidic at kvidic@bentley.edu. Students are allowed to select three items per semester for free!

Making a Donation

We accept professional clothing donations which must be new or gently worn, in good condition, and dry-cleaned prior to donating. Ideal donations include timeless pieces of all sizes, including suits, jackets, pants, shirts, skirts, dresses, ties, and belts. Items must be of high-quality (no rips, stains, or broken/missing pieces such as zippers, buttons, straps, etc.). There are bins outside the Pulsifer Career Development Center in LaCava 225 for dropping off donations.

If it is easier, we also invite you to make a financial contribution or donate items from our Amazon Wishlist.  Your support enables the Career Closet to stock items that are in greatest demand and to fill any gaps in our inventory.  If you have any questions, please reach out to the Pulsifer Career Development Center. We appreciate your support.

LinkedIn Masterclass

Former LinkedIn insider Jeremy Schifeling, who supported 20 million students around the globe, created a LinkedIn Masterclass with a dedicated section for international students.
