The employees are made up of thirty-four Custodians, two Supervisors and one Associate Director of Building Services that Reports directly to the Director of Facilities Services. They maintain the residences halls and the administrative buildings including public spaces, academic facilities, athletic facilities, offices and vacant student rooms. The Building Services Department operates three shifts with emergency call response 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The daily cleaning routine includes:

* Waste removal

* Sweeping

* Mopping

* Dusting

* Restroom cleaning/stocking

Facilities Services processes all pest control requests in-house and manages an outside contractor for remediation. In addition to routine cleaning, Facilities Services staff performs a number of other integral functions including project cleaning and light bulb replacement. Bentley and C&W Services staff support numerous routine and special events throughout the campus: performing the preparatory work, physical set-up and breakdown for meetings, concerts, workshops, dances, and other events organized both by the Bentley community and external clients.
