Facilities Operation

Facilities Operations are the departments of Facilities Management that contain the structures of Trades, Life Safety, Facilities Services (Building Services & Grounds), Work Order Control, Shipping and Receiving, Finance and Facilities Systems.  Facilities Operations is the day-to-day operations of Facilities.  All Facilities staff and union personnel are the backbone of the operations of Facilities Management.

Our trades department includes a painter, locksmith, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and an HVAC tech.  Our Life Safety department consists of 1 fire alarm tech; and our Facilities Services department includes our grounds crew and building service workers.  Altogether the Facilities operations is the boots-on-the-ground personnel that maintain, clean and repair our grounds and buildings.
