Gearing Up & Women's History Month Flyer

The CWB is proud to host the inaugural Gearing Up Leadership Awards Luncheon as the culminating event of Women’s History Month. Under this year’s theme, The Power of Us, the celebration will honor individuals and organizations advancing gender equity and highlight a core belief: progress happens when individual ambition is supported by community, access, and opportunity.

During the program, Tiffany R. Warren ’97, Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Sony Music Group, will join Dr. Jennifer Brown, Dean of Arts and Sciences at Bentley University, and Dr. Yaro Fong-Olivares, Executive Director of the Center for Women and Business, for a candid conversation about their leadership journeys. Their discussion will explore what it takes to move from the classroom to the boardroom, especially in systems where women continue to face the broken rung. They will reflect on how networks opened doors, how credibility was earned, and how influence can be used to widen the path for others.

If Women’s History Month is about honoring progress, this conversation is about sustaining it. Join us to hear how their experiences illuminate the path from the classroom to the boardroom and what that means for the next generation of leaders.
