Investing in Women+ is Good Business

Become A Sponsor

Organizations invest in Gearing Up because year over year, the program equips high-potential professionals with practical tools to build resilience, manage burnout risk, and navigate complex group dynamics with confidence. Through frameworks grounded in organizational psychology and real-world application, participants learn to foster psychological safety and contribute meaningfully to team culture. The cohort-based experience mirrors real workplace interactions, enabling participants to strengthen their influence, sustain performance, and emerge as effective leaders of both people and organizational dynamics. Participants also enhance their leadership skills, build meaningful networking and mentorship opportunities, and develop a career advancement action plan that supports their continued professional growth.

FAQ

What if I/my team can’t attend all program dates?

The program is offered in different modalities to accommodate as many people as possible and offer flexibility to the participants. We do understand that schedules may not allow everyone to attend every session and we encourage you to prioritize the Three-Day Leadership Intensive dates in Winter of 2027 and the Gearing Up Leadership Awards Luncheon on March 24, 2027. Learning will also be supported online via Brightspace with recaps, previously recorded content and microlearning modules between sessions.

Is this program only for women?

The program is open to all genders and allies. While it is designed to help women+ break through the barriers that delay promotion and build momentum for long-term growth, Gearing Up offers applicable skills for all leaders, and research shows that developing women+ benefits everyone in the workplace.

Yaro Fong-Olivares a Gearing Up Leadership Conference
Providing the type of programming and community this conference offers is only one step toward supporting women who aspire to corporate leadership. The other half of the equation lies with companies and allies who are equally committed to creating environments where the ambition of women and gender-expansive individuals can be celebrated and where they can see themselves reflected in leadership roles.
