Jamie is a highly experienced talent acquisition professional with two decades of experience in the financial services and banking industry and has recently transitioned into the field of compensation. As the Director of HR Operations, Charlesbridge Group, she excels at identifying, attracting, and developing top talent, with a keen focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience. In addition, Jamie studies the competitive marketplace and evaluates internal equity, and with this knowledge and foundation, creates the Bank’s total rewards philosophy. Jamie brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of diversity recruiting, workforce planning, and succession planning, etc.
Morgan is head of Third Party Risk at Stripe and has spent the duration of her career in the risk and compliance space. Her belief in right-sized foundational governance based on benchmarks and best practices has enabled her to develop nimble risk programs for financial services firms. Focus areas throughout her career have included enterprise, operational, and third party risk, business continuity, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and tooling enablement. Morgan has a M.S. of Enterprise Risk from Boston University and a B.S. of Management from Bentley University.
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform used by millions of businesses, from global enterprises to startups, to accept payments, grow revenue, and drive new business opportunities.
Kiana Baskin is the Associate Dean of Belonging at Northeastern University School of Law. Previously, she was a Senior Law Lecturer and Pre-law Advisor at Bentley University, where she also graduated with a B.S. in Business Communications in 1999. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2002. Kiana is dedicated to teaching and social justice, having received multiple awards for her contributions at Bentley, including the Martin Luther King, Jr. Leadership Award. She also serves on the Board of Directors for KodeConnect, Inc., promoting STEM education for marginalized youth.
Dr. Lisa DeAngelis is a leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker, and the founder of Dragonfly Coaching LLC. She works with high achievers whose success no longer feels as good as it looks, helping them clarify their new definition of success and build a path to achieve it.
Lisa brings more than twenty-five years of corporate leadership experience to her work, spanning companies of all sizes and diverse industries. She also served for over a decade as director of the Center for Collaborative Leadership at UMass Boston, partnering with organizations including State Street Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Eversource, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and The Kraft Group. She has facilitated programs for leaders at Wharton, West Point, LEGO, and Novo Nordisk.
Her proprietary From SORE to SOAR® framework has guided hundreds of professionals through significant transitions. She also leads The Swarm™, a membership community for leaders committed to continued growth.
She holds a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in transformative learning and has published peer-reviewed articles on leadership, teamwork, and transformation. She is also a contributor to Fast Company.
Nathalie is experienced in the financial services industry with demonstrated excellence in Strategic Communications, Operations. She is an outspoke leader in Diversity, Inclusion & Equity and has a proven track record of success. She has experience in Project/Program Management, Analytical and Operational, Strategic Marketing and Diversity and Inclusion programming.

Lauren Phillips is a Vice President of Partnerships & Merchandising at the footwear start-up, Saysh, founded by Allyson Felix, an activist and the most decorated track and field athlete in Olympic history. Lauren has led various roles since Saysh began, from managing the creation team to product and now with a focus on growth through wholesale & partnerships. She has 16 years of experience in product management & merchandising, working with some of the best brands in the sports world, including Lululemon, New Balance and Reebok. During Lauren’s time in the sports industry she has led some of the largest businesses within the companies as well as the strategy behind the growth and new opportunities. She believes deeply that women and specifically mothers deserve better opportunities to grow, create and lead. Lauren is an advocate for change and growth of women’s careers. In her downtime she enjoys being outside with her two young children, running, baking and studying fashion.
Ron has 20 years of experience leading DEI programs, primarily in the financial services industry. He joined the firm from Mizuho Americas, where he served as Managing Director, Head of Diversity and Inclusion. He has also worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Deutsche Bank, and KPMG, and serves on the board of various nonprofit organizations.
Gianna has been a strategic GTM leader, scaling organizations in the SAAS and tech industry for over two decades. Former GM of Aircall, a SaaS unicorn, and executive at Mondo & Bluewolf, her expertise has been instrumental in leading GTM organizations, scaling hyper-growth, and culture & organizational excellence. She is most passionate when a part of a community helping to empower and mentor others to reach their best. She is now co-founder of ChampionHQ, an AI driven Advocacy platform, winner of the 2024 GTM Innovator Award. Gianna's impressive results and visionary leadership were recognized when she was named 2017 Female Executive of the Year by the prestigious Stevie Awards for Women in Business, CRN’s Women of the Channel in 2021, and the Positive Leadership Award in 2023. Gianna also serves as co-chair of the board of directors for READ718, and an active alumnus for Northfield Mount Hermon.
Anne is a multilingual financial services executive and a Partner, Director of Investment Banking & Capital Markets at Bridgeway Securities Corp., a mission-driven diverse-owned start-up financial service firm. With extensive experience spanning Capital Markets, Corporate Banking and Investment Banking across the U.S. and Europe, she brings a global perspective to advising clients on corporate finance and treasury solutions.
Anne excels at the intersection of strategy and execution; whether navigating credit facilities, deal execution, driving client dialogue at C-Suite or scaling new business lines. Combining deep financial expertise with strategic vision, Anne helps organizations navigate complex transactions while fostering long-term partnerships built on growth, shared purpose and commitment to client success. She has a solid record of driving business revenue through long-term relationship development. Over the years, she has partnered with Fortune 500 corporations, middle-market companies and private enterprises to originate, execute and distribute over $500B in innovative financing solutions across the debt and equity markets.
Anne is uniquely skilled at project and event management and leading and motivating high-performance teams to deliver results. Beyond the numbers, Anne is passionate about mentorship, governance, and giving back through board service. She focuses on advancing and developing the next generation of talent, especially in the financial services, promoting financial literacy and supporting women inclusivity and advancement via education and experience.
Anne has held leadership and advisory roles with Citibank, HSBC, and C.L. King & Associates before joining Bridgeway, in 2026. She holds FINRA series 7,63,79 and 24 licenses, as well as an MBA from ESCP Europe and a BA from Northwestern University.
Miranda Velonis is Vice President of Investor Relations at IBM, where she advises the C‑suite and Board on long-term value strategy, market positioning, and investor engagement. She brings extensive global finance experience, including time in Asia Pacific leading regional finance, assurance, and transformation initiatives. Additionally, Miranda has held executive roles across treasury, corporate assurance, and divisional CFO responsibilities, guiding diverse global teams. She is a passionate advocate for inclusion and leadership development, serving as an executive sponsor for women’s advancement, a neurodiversity ally, and mentor to emerging leaders. Miranda is a proud Bentley alumna with a B.S. in Accountancy and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
