Ann Dexter

Executive Director of Human Resources

  • Serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer for the university
  • Develops HR strategies that support and further Bentley's strategic plan
  • Provides change management leadership in support of improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Works with university leadership to assess and develop HR policies and procedures
  • Directs operations of HR department and budget

Stacy McLean Bradbury

Director of HR Consulting and Compliance

  • Advises staff and faculty members on immigration issues
  • Ensures compliance with federal immigration laws and regulations, including H-1B and I-9 compliance
  • Serves as primary contact for US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of State and other government agencies
  • Provides support in the recruitment and selection services to the Bentley community

Laurie Fontaine

  • Responsible for the analysis, design, administration, communication and legal compliance of the benefits function, including health, dental, life, disability, retirement, tuition remission, employee assistance program and all other employee benefit programs
  • Develop policies and practices related to benefits and resolves escalated benefit issues
  • Serves as member of the Retirement Plan Investment Committee
  • Develops and manages wellness initiatives including Tour de Bentley

Sandra Smith

  • Manages all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing talent, screening candidates, interviewing, and advising hiring managers

  • Serves as liaison to PeopleAdmin online application system and coordinates departmental and individual training

Caroline Bombrun

  • Manages compensation activities including job evaluation, analysis, and classification; annual merit increase process; and overall wage and salary policies and programs
  • Conducts competitive market analyses through participation in salary surveys and analyses of external market data and trends
  • Ensures compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal and state regulations
  • Provides and maintains statistical information for reports
  • Maintains and audits university-wide Position Content Descriptions (job descriptions)
  • Consultation on organizational and job design

  • Provides administrative support for the FMLA Program
