Bentley provides time off to support its employees' who have jury duty or who have been subpoenaed to appear in court. Pay for jury duty will be calculated based on the difference between the amount paid to you by the court and your daily base pay rate.
Employees must notify their supervisors as soon as they become aware of their court obligations so that arrangements can be made to accommodate their absence. Employees are expected to report to work while on jury duty whenever their court schedule permits.
