Our mission
The HR Department at Bentley provides services and solutions in recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, policy development and interpretation, training and development, labor relations, human resources information systems, and strategic organizational restructuring and change management. Our work in these areas aligns with college goals, to help Bentley make sound and strategic decisions about human resources while ensuring that people are treated with dignity and respect.
