Karl Wagner ’87
Karl, currently a board member at Aqua Dermatology, is an experienced management executive with an extensive background in healthcare services. He previously served as CEO of Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery and in various leadership positions over 18 years at MEDNAX (now Pediatrix), a national leader in women’s, infants’ and children’s healthcare. In addition to serving as CFO at MEDNAX, Wagner was president of the company’s American anesthesiology division and headed up the division serving the eastern United States. He joined the board in 2026.
