Frequently Asked Questions

Who should attend the conference? 

The Bentley Alumni Conference is designed for Bentley undergraduate and graduate alumni at any stage of their career, as well as current families of Bentley undergraduate and graduate students. 

I am unable to attend in person one or both days. Do you offer virtual or hybrid and one-day options?  

Yes, when you register you will have the option to attend the conference virtually only which is available for select sessions on Thursday, the option to select a hybrid registration which includes virtual attendance on Thursday plus in-person attendance on Friday, as well as a one-day option to attend the conference on Thursday or Friday in-person. 

All sessions being offered virtually this year can be found in the full conference schedule and you can filter sessions by “hybrid.”  

What are the registration fees? 

We offer early bird pricing until Sunday, April 5, along with a discounted rate for Falcons of the Last Decade (FOLD are undergraduate alumni who graduated in 2016 to 2026). 

  • Full Conference Early Bird Pricing before April 5: $250 / $175 FOLD
  • Full Conference Regular Pricing: $325 / $250 FOLD
  • One-day: $200 / $150 FOLD
  • Virtual May 7: $50
  • Hybrid May 7–8: $250 / $200 FOLD 

What is included in the registration fee? 

  • Fully in person: For the full two-day, in-person registration you will have access to all sessions including two keynotes, breakfast, lunch and snacks each day, and networking receptions on both Thursday and Friday evenings.
  • Thursday, May 7, virtual only: Your virtual registration to the conference on Thursday, May 7, gives you access to six breakout sessions and Thursday’s keynote. Virtual registrants will have the option to choose from one of two sessions to tune into live during each breakout happening on Thursday, and will receive recordings of all available virtual sessions.
  • Hybrid (Virtual Thursday, May 7, in-person Friday, May 8): Your hybrid registration grants you access to everything noted above plus all in-person sessions taking place on Friday, May 8, breakfast, lunch and snacks, and the Friday networking Reception.  

I'm participating virtually. Where can I find the link to join my session? 

Session links will be added to the app closer to the event date and will also be emailed directly to all registrants.  

I completed my registration form on the website but didn’t see the session options. How do I choose my sessions?

All session selection will be done through our Alumni Conference app, Guidebook. After general registration is complete on our website, download the app to explore speakers and sessions and build your schedule. Some sessions may fill up quickly so we encourage you to select early! 

I'm interested in connecting one-on-one with other alumni attending the conference. How can I do that? 

The conference app has a feature that allows users to connect with other attendees. To schedule a one-on-one meeting with another attendee, please follow the step-by-step instructions in the Meeting Booking Guide. 

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions? 

Yes, you can indicate any dietary restrictions on your registration form, and we will work with our catering team to accommodate your needs. If you have already registered, please email us at events@bentley.edu so we can update your information.  

Where can I find the locations for specific sessions? 

Each session and event will be assigned a room closer to the date of the conference. Location details for individual sessions will be available in the conference app along with a campus map. 

Where do I go once I’ve arrived on campus? 

Check-in for the conference will be held on the third floor of the LaCava Center, just outside the Executive Dining Room (EDR 395).  

Arriving Wednesday? Early check-in will be available on the second floor of the LaCava Center just outside of the Office of Alumni and Family Engagement (Suite 265). 

Will parking be available? 

Yes, parking will be available in the following lots: L1, L2, L3, and L6. Take a look at our campus parking map. 

Will shuttles to campus be available from the hotels? 

Yes, complimentary shuttles will be available for guests staying at The Westin Waltham Boston and the Embassy Suites Boston Waltham. Exact times will be released closer to the conference dates in the conference app. 

What is the dress code for the conference? 

The recommended conference dress is business casual. 

What is the Wi-Fi information? 

Please use the following credentials to access Wi-Fi during the conference: 
Network: Bentley Guest (no password required) 

Can I make changes to my schedule after I have registered? 

Yes, you will be able to build and change your schedule in the conference app. 

I can no longer attend. Is my registration refundable? 

Conference registration fees will be refundable until Thursday, April 30, or may be gifted to the university.

Alumni Awards

Two of Bentley’s most prestigious honors — the Emerging Alumni Leader Award and the Alumni Achievement Award — are presented each year by the Global Alumni Board (GAB) at the Bentley Alumni Conference. Last year’s honorees included Laila Altanbour ’25, Lance Colwell ’92 and Mary Ann Jackson ’95 and we look forward to presenting the 2026 awards.
