Introducing... Interfolio!
Bentley has introduced a new resource recently: Interfolio. It has an impressive lineup of products, all focused on supporting the entire faculty lifecycle and enabling higher education institutions to streamline processes and effectively progress forward.
Bentley is adopting two of its products, Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) and Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT). The transition will occur over several semesters, allowing time to focus on each product one-by-one. The first transition to FAR began in Summer 2025.

Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR)
Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) replaces Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) as your place to record your accomplishments both inside and outside the Bentley community and to complete annual activity reports. It improves institutional reporting, reduce duplication, and include everything in one place.

Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT)
Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT) will replace our previous Brightspace promotion and tenure process. It will be integrated with FAR, which will streamline processes and enhance security.
You don't need to worry about RPT now; we will provide more information here when we begin its transition.
