Introducing... Interfolio!
Bentley has a new resource: Interfolio. It has an impressive lineup of products, all focused on supporting the entire faculty lifecycle and enabling higher education institutions to streamline processes and effectively progress forward.
Bentley is adopting two of its products, Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) and Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT). The transition to FAR began in Summer 2025, and the transition to RPT in Spring 2026.

Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR)
Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) replaces Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) as your place to record your accomplishments both inside and outside the Bentley community and to complete annual activity reports. It improves institutional reporting, reduce duplication, and include everything in one place.

Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT)
Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT) replaces our previous Brightspace promotion and tenure process. It will is integrated with FAR, which will streamline processes and enhance security.
