Pay Transparency

Effective October 29, 2025, the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law stipulates that we will need to provide salary ranges for the following:

  • External applicants who are viewing our job postings
  • Current employees for jobs they will be promoted, transferred, or moved into
  • Current employees for their existing role

While fully disclosing salary ranges will be new, it will not change Bentley’s approach to compensation and our broader commitment to transparency. We will maintain our compensation philosophy and dedication to providing fair, market-relevant and competitive pay. We will also continue to align our pay to market conditions and individual performance by utilizing external market data, conducting ongoing pay reviews and administering merit increases.

Our commitment to fair and equitable pay is ongoing. We will continue to evolve our practices to reflect changes in the law and in alignment with our values as a Bentley community.
